Try "right-clicking" on the "Start" button on your desktop. Click on
"Explore" in the pop-up menu. The "Start Menu" folder should be
highlighted. Click on "Programs" and then click on "Startup". You should
see an icon or a file (depending on your folder options) for the Office
Toolbar. Delete it. Close the window. The next time you restart your
computer, Office Toolbar should not load.
