Office tool bar

I am trying to setup the MS Office toolbar that can be
seen when you are in other programs. It allowed me to
quickly link to often used docs. I have forgotten how to
do it and am now using version 2002 Office XP.

This is'nt I believe installed by default, However check yr Office
shortcuts, possibly under Tools
