Office Toolbar colours

I have just taken delivery of two new Dell PCs, both of
which have Office 2003 Pro. One PC has Win XP home, the
other Win XP Pro. All software was pre-installed by Dell
and none of the settings have been changed.

On the Win XP Pro machine the toolbars and menus in all
Office apps. are a pale blue and the icons are of a
differnt design. On Win XP Home machine the tool bars are
grey and the icons look the same as they did in Office
2000!

Any ideas why this should be? Both PCs are set up to use
the Windows XP look.
