Office toolbar disappears after shutdown-restart

Office toolbar disappears after shutdowning down for the
evening than restarting in the morning. I need to go back
into Office tools and reclick on Shortcut bar for the bar
to reappear. How do I fix this?

Mine has completely disappeared! I don't know how to get
it back. I run the OSA9.EXE program, that is in the
startup, but it won't appear.

Help!?!
