Office Toolbar in not working correctly with Office XP

This is probably an easy question

We had a user who had Office 2000 on a Win 2000 box
He had his toolbar all set up like he likes it.
We use roaming profiles. We had to set him up with a new
box and had XP loaded on it, offce XP as well
His tool bar now has question marks for "new
appointment", "new task" and the like. I cant seem to fix
it. Any thoughts
