Office Toolbar vs WinXP

I can't (for the life of me) figure out how to invoke/install the Office
2000 Toolbar in Windows XP! It LOOKS likes it installed, but will not
invoke! Tried putting it in the "Startup Folder" as it should be, but
no joy. Has a anyone a clue?

Have you tried the Detect and Repair Option? How about a reinstallation?
