Office Toolbar Went Away

[Frustrated]

I recently upgraded to "XP Home" and then from Office2000
to Office 2003. My Microsoft toolbar disappeared and I
can't seem to find a way to get it back. Do I need to
put the old programs as shortcuts on my desktop instead?
Seems silly.

The Office Shortcut Bar was eliminated from Office 2003. You could
install the OSB from Office 2000 and change the shortcuts to point to
the 2003 programs. See http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=822573
