Hi, Cliff,

The Shortcut Bar was discontinued in Office 2003. You can use a previous
version of the Shortcut Bar, or you can use the Windows XP Quick Launch bar
to imitate pretty much the same functionality. This article may help:

You know, you'd have found the answer to this had you bothered to read the
help. It wasn't included because the programmers finished early and found
themselves at a loose end, you know.
