Office Toolbar

If I have read correctly MS has eliminated this toolbar. Is there a way that
I can have the option to write an email like the office tool bar gave us
contrary to some of the tech comments it was a nice touch instead of having
to open the whole Outlook ensemble.

Yes, you would be time ahead to familiarize yourself with the
documentation included with the software.

See Outlook, Help, Command-line switches. (Switch reference in particular)
