office update 11 file\cabs\ 511735.mainsp1op.msp is killing me slo

I have had nothing but problems with this installing file. It will not let
me uninstall and reinstall basic office 2003. I used several registry
programs to clean out the registry but it does nothing to solve my problem.
PLEASE HELP.
