Office update activex

Hi everybody !

I recently reinstall a windows 98 on an old machine.

When I try to update my office 2000 version, on the Microsoft website, I
get an error. Microsoft indicates thats security levels is not correct
and so on.

I apply all the solutions provided in a kb from MS without success :
empty cache and so on, delete opuc.dll etc...

How should I do ? Should I reinstall manualmly an activeX ? where can I
find it ? etc...
