You should have received a CD from Dell as Milly Staples pointed out.
Most Office updates require the CD. You can however try downloading the full updates and
see if they will install without the CD.
Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt.

Use larger update files that should not require access to my product CD or
network installation location
Check use the larger update files ..................................
That's what I have done and I don't get asked for the CD. However there are times
when you will be asked for the CD regardless. So why not get the CD from Dell in case you
need it.
