office update catalog cannot be displayed

I have Office 2000. On one PC, I am unable to access the site to see if any
updates are available. The site says that the office update catalog cannot be
displayed, and asks me to try again later. This has been going on for a
couple of months, and only with one PC. Any suggestions? Thanks!
