Office Update does not go past 40%

Keep tryig to Check for new office 2003 updates on dialup and it keeps
freezing at 40% saying page is done can leave over 10min still no differnce .
have install windows xp sp2, have Norton internet security disabled still
nothing .

can somehelp with this.

With SP-2 for Windows installed prior to your upgrade for Office this may
not apply:

If you have the original cd and have not deleted the installation files for
Office 2003 you can order an Office SP-1 cd here:

if in the USA or Canada...
To date its always best to have your original installation media at hand for
any updates to Office products...
