I give up! Trying to get help from MS customer
service/tech support on a purchased MS Product is futile.
That is, unless I pay and even then I must use
MSN/passport/password etc.(even then I have trouble). I no
longer use msn.com. I do not care for their constant $ads,
$popups,$etc.(of course you can pay MS not to use them).
Hotmail!?!... I'll empty my waste basket when ever I want
to ...thankyou! Sooo, here's a way to get in touch with
MS... "for free"...Advertise a MS Product (ie. Windows
3.1) over ebay...watch how fast they will contact you!
