Office Update for Service Pack 3

I have been up and down this community looking for answers to my problem, but
it looks like everybody is having the same problem.
Looks like everybody is having problem installing SP3.

Well my problem is SP3 can not install on my computer. Why I do not know.
I do not even get an error message, either on the screen or in event viewer.
So is there any thing that can help install the sp? I have done a clean
boot, uninstall and re-installing everything. Nothing.

Any help?

Hi, Joseph,

I don't quite think that EVERYONE is having problems installing SP3, but
quite a few have been posted here. Have you tried the steps in this

Miss Susan,

It did help in to finding out that with my version of O2k:

"You need the administrative version of this update due to previously
installed administrative updates."

So now I need to find a link to the cd. I have dial-up and do not want to
wait days to down load everything that I need.

Oh, I did do most of everything on that list, besides the Office Update. I
do not like using IE. I use Opera.
