Office update forthe Student and teacher edition 2003

I just bought office 2003 for student and teacher and I am
unable to use the office update feature. The update is
identified but after,everytime, the installation fails.
may be someone knows why?

Hi Xavier,

Without any specific information on when it stops
you may want to use the download link and manually
download the update and patch from your hard disk,
or be sure you have all 3rd party apps/utilities/
'privacy/security' helpers shutdown to test to see
if there's any 'interference'.
