Office Update Hang

When I run Office update, it hangs at 50%. Any suggestions? I am runing
logged on with admin rights and the site is on the trusted sites list.

It's the check, I'm guessing at th 50% mark. It's definitely not the
download or install bar.

So the busy site is probably the tpromlem.
