Office update - Internal Error 2711: Please contact product support for assist

We'still running Office 2000 Professional. The
sharepoint was updated to SP3 with no problem. When I
try to push out the update to the clients using the
following command:

msiexec /i c:\o2kpro\data1pro.msi REINSTALL=A//
REINSTALLMODE =vomus /qb+

I get the following error:
Internal Error 2711: Please contact your product support
for assistance.

I can't find anything in KB that's related to this
issue. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
