Office Update Inventory Tool

I installed the Office Update Inventory tool today

I can get the log files from my workstations Windows XP Pro SP3 Office Pro
XP SP3

Problem is when I run the convert.exe program

It keeps displaying message
c:\inventory\patchdata.xml is missing or corrupt please download again

the command I am using is

convert /d c:\inventory\wks1.log /o c:\temp\wks1.xml
c:\inventory\patchdata.xml

I removed all the files and redownloaded the files

Still get the same error

Need to convert the files so I can see what I have...


ANy ideas or thoughts

I got it to work it was a syntex error on the command I was typing

oh well
