Unlike Windows Update, Office Update does not remember what was downloaded
previously. I lost my internet connection, approximately 4 hours into the
download, and when I reconnected, it wanted to start again from the
beginning. At this rate, I will never be able to download the Office Update
Service Pack. (This is the Service Pack update for Office for Windows XP
users.)
