office update is looking for MSI file not on cd

installed Office Pro Edition 2003. The Office auto update downloaded SP3 and
now it is asking for Proplus.msi ( for XP Front Page) which is not on my
installation CD.
What am I supposed to do? And why did Office recognize XP and not Office 2003.
And how do I get the missing .msi file?
I am running XP as my operating system.
All of the other postings refer to either Office XP or 2000. Nothing for
Office 2003.

Hi, Johnny,

Office Update uses the Windows Installer data (same as Add/Remove Programs)
to see what Ofifce programs are installed on your system that might need
updating. It takes care of them all at once.

Check Add/Remove Programs to see if FrontPage 2002 is still installed. If
you don't want it any longer, you can uninstall it from there. If you want
to keep it, then update it, and supply its installation CD when prompted.

Thanks Sue,
I checked my add/remove programs and sure enough the it was plain as day
Office XP. I'll be darned if I know how it got there. So I just deleted it as
well as Front Page.
Now All I have to do is download the Office 2003 updates.
