Every time I try to run get Office Professional 2003 Updates online I get
this message with 4 different things that could be wrong. I have been on the
phone with MS Office support for >2 hours tongiht and they are NO help. I
try to download the lastest Outlook junk mail filter from the Office Download
catalogue and save to the desktop and it acts like it is installing but the
final message said "Update could not be installed". I have tried repairing
O2003 installation, and tried uninstalling and reinstalling O2203
Professional and no results. Anyone have a clue how to get the updates.
Presently I am at SP2 but would like to at least get the latest OUtlook Junk
