office update language switcheroo

Hello! I am using Win2000 SP4, Office2000, and IE6. When
I am in the Windows Update page, and I click on Office
Update, I get a Chinese version. I live in the US and,
since my Chinese is unspeakable (literally), I much prefer
the English version of the page. I have uninstalled
Office and re-installed, deleted the OfficeUpdate11
folder, checked languages in IE (English is the only
language listed) and in the control panel, to no avail.
Any help would be appreciated.
