office update not recognising already installed updat sp1

why is it telling me to install office 2003 SP1, when i allready installd it?

Hi Joel,

If you installed a separate Office 2003 family app
then the Service Pack may not be applied to it.
You may want to run a detect & repair on Office 2003
or install the SP for use by the additional product.

Thank you for your reply.
I did install OneNote after the initial sp1 update. I went ahead and did
the second sp1 installation. My question is, is it taking up more space on my
hard drive now that I did another sp1 update? Or is it the same as if I would
have made an office repair instead?
