Office Update on Office 2003 Pro WinXP Pro

Hi. Each time I rebuild the machine back to SP2 of XPPro all is fine. When
the office update applies it self there are no errors with the install. "Now,
Windows Explorer has encountered an error" happens often and when it does I
can open no new windows explorer windows. To fix I either restart the machine
or kill all Explorer.exe processes and run explorer.exe This is happening
3-4 time per day.

Any ideas?
