office update says my xp pc is a macintosh one and not supported!

Hi,
Recently when I have tried to use office update ,a message appears
informing me that mac computers are not supported on the website and to use a
different website.
The PC has windows XP home edition version 5.1.2600 installed!
Also when I try to use windows update at the moment I get error message
80070020
