Office update should not prompt for foreign language updates

Why oh why does it insist on me updating the French language dictionaries on
every office product I have installed... Office has only ever been configured
for UK English so why French and nothing else?

Be nice if you could fix this MS, it's been going on for 6 months now.

This update is needed to fix a security flaw with the dictionary already
install on your machine.
