Office Update Unsuccessful

I upgraded from Office XP Pro to Office 2003 Basic.
Installation was fine, however Office Updates come back
as unsuccessful.
I am using Windows XP and IE6 along with MSN9. Tried
reinstalling Office 2003, no luck with updates still.

I got the same problem. I have to go and manually download each file, and
then install it, and then it updates, but thats a pain.
