Office update very slow in UK

Hi

Lately when we've been updating clients with Office XP SP3, its been taking
anything upto 2 hours to download the 15MB patch. We have a 2MB T1
connection and no matter which client we try to do it on, it always takes
forever.

Are other people having this problem? Are Microsoft running their update
server on a 56K modem?
