office update

i used to update office 2003 from the office family and i
had no problem until two weeks when i started to receive
an error message during the download process:
iexplore.exe-Application error 0x376b3761....and
sometimes took me out from the web page. Is it a conflict
with my server or is it an internet explorer problem?
Could you please help and advise?
