OFFICE UPDATE

WHEN I CLICK ON THE DOWNLOADS FOR UPDATES, THE COMPUTER TELLS ME THAT IS
UNABLE TO CHECK FOR UPDATES. ANYONES KNOWS WHAT THE PROBLEM MIGHT BE?

I wanted to thank you for your help. But unfortunately I did everything,
step by step, but it did not solve my problem. Maybe because I have Windows
XP Home Edition. I don't know. If you have any other idea, it will be
welcome.
