Updates fail to install.
Code error 0x80070643

Machine running XP SP2
Office 2007 Professional sp1 MSO 12.0.6213.1000 OK
Antivirus: Panda Internet SEcurity 2008

OSE Service seems OK
Run Offiice 2007 Repair - it completed no errors etc - No success
I have tried a number of proposed solutions posted but none work.

Any suggestion-Thanks in advance

Service Pack1 Runs OK.
But i try the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility

Unninstalling Office and
Reinstaling it
Updating and everithing seems ok.
