Office Updates do not install. Seems a general peoblem. Should by

There seems to be a general problem regarding latest batch of Office Security
Updates. It also seems that MS do not appear willing to assist users in
fixing the problem

The newsgroups tend to be a somewhat distorted view of the updates, as folks who install them successfully don't often drop by here


The MS regular newsgroups are basically peer support, rather than MS (http://support.microsoft.com)
