Office updates fail to install

H

Hank

There were 4 updates that downloaded through automative updates for office on
May 9th; these are described as security updates. They are: CAPICOM
KB931906; Office xp KB934705; Word 2002 KB 934394; Excel 2002 KB934453. The
CAPICOM file initialize and installs and the other three fail to install.
These try to install now each time I shut down. The CAPICOM installs over
and over and the others fail. I have attempted to install exach separately
without sucess. Any ideas about what to do to fix this?
