office upgrade catalogue

whenever i try to run the office upgrade catalogue i have
the following problem, the upgrade catalogue runs and
completes. At completion I get message the the upgrade
catalogue is not available, try again. I have tried this
and it still does not work.
Is there a reload for the office upgrade catalogue or
some sort of fix. Am running Office 2003 pro, with
windows XP pro
