Office Upgrade from Apple to PC?

I have searched for awhile and this looks like the better place to ask
this question. I have Office v.X for Mac that I puchased about 2
years ago. Can I purchase any Office 2003 upgrade product for a PC
rather than the full version?

Thanks in advance,

Stu

Hi Stu,

Unfortunately the Windows versions of MS Office don't
have the ability to recognize the Office:Mac version
for use of an Office upgrade edition of Office 2003.
You may want to call MS (800) 360-7561 in the U.S.
to see if they have any special scenarios to allow
that.

Thanks for the reply. I purchased a Gateway computer and added Office
2003 to the computer. It was one of the options offered. Now all
that I have to do is to transfer all of my data from the Mac to the
Gateway when it arrives. That seems easy. Well, easier than
transfering Quicken data. Not that I am not going to use a Mac, I
figured that I should know how to use a computer which used Windows
too.

Thanks again,

Stu
