Office Upgrade requires CD after promising it didn't

I was recommended by Dell's PC scan process to update my Office XP by going
to the Microsoft website. I did so, it scanned my system and told me I needed
to update to XP Service Pack 3. I started the download, it asked me if I had
my Office CD. It offered an option to download bigger files if I did not have
my CD (which I cannot find). So, I chose the option to update without having
the CD, but it shortly asked me to insert the Office CD! I had to cancel the
update. Now, I cannot start Excel (Word and Outlook seem to be working).

How can I fix this? Thanks for the help.
