When I send out a Entourage calendar invite to Office users they can not accept or decline the invite. Is this normal? Is there a work around? Do I need to change some settings?

When I send out a Entourage calendar invite to Office users they can
not accept or decline the invite. Is this normal? Is there a work
around? Do I need to change some settings?

What application are you recipients using to accept invites? Entourage?
iCal? Outlook for Windows? Are you using an Exchange Server or something
else?

So long as you're creating a calendar event, clicking the Invite button
and adding addresses then you're doing everything correctly. Entourage
makes standard (iCalendar-style, I believe) invite messages that should
be recognized by any other application that recognizes this standard.

Possibly, your server may be munging or corrupting the message. Some
Entourage users have reported a problem where they cannot accept some
meeting invitations because the "Accept/Decline/Tentative" links are
gone. A workaround is to right-click or Control-click the message in the
Inbox and select "Accept/Decline/Tentative" from the contextual menu.

Hope this helps!
