Office v. X updates

During my installation of Office v. X 10.1.2 update, the
message "An error prevented the update from completing
11002;2,-14" appeared, I could not proceed. Does anyone
have suggestions what I should do?

message "An error prevented the update from completing
11002;2,-14" appeared, I could not proceed. Does anyone
have suggestions what I should do?

A couple of things come to mind.

1. you are using a CD Key that has been pirated, you bought your copy on
eBay, your legitimate key is not working (contact MS for a new key w/proof
of purchase)

2. you need to disconnect from the internet for updating 10.1.2 if you are
running Panther. More Info:
