Office Vertical Toolbar

I apparently activated an Office toolbar that appears on
the right side of my screen. It is such a nuisance and I
want to delete it PERMANENTLY, but I can only seem to hide
it. Please tell me how to rid my pc of this! Thanks.

Click on the Office Logo, and select "close" - if it asks if you want it to
open again, select "no."

Swen virus, all e-mails sent to my actual account will be deleted w/out
reading.
