Office volume licensed products for Terminal Server

I'm trying to figure out what I need to install Office 2007 on a new
Terminal Server. From what I understand I need one of the volume licensed
versions of Office 2007 (as no other versions will install).

Are these the correct SKUs?

021-07856 / standard
79P-00123 / pro
76J-00323 / enterprise

Correct me if I'm wrong, I also understand that if the end user already has
a properly licensed copy of Office 2007 installed on their local PC or
laptop that we will not need to purchase an additional Office license for
them? Seems logical but just want to be sure.
