Office Web Site, fi-fi What?

Since last night I've been trying to get to the Office
Template Gallery. When I go to:
http://officeupdate.microsoft.com/templategallery/default.asp

The URL changes to:
http://office.microsoft.com/fi-fi/templates/default.aspx

which is a foreign language version of the Web site (?)

I've gone to the MS home page and tried going to the Office Update
web page from there, but the same thing happens. The URL that
I am taken to is:
http://office.microsoft.com/fi-fi/officeupdate/default.aspx

I can get to this English language web page:
http://www.microsoft.com/office/ork/2003/default.htm

but when I click on "Office Home", I get another "fi-fi" web site.

Is this a big screw up by MS, or have I been hijacked?

Clear the cache in your web browser. To clear the cache in Netscape,
click on Edit | Preferences | Advanced | Cache | Clear Cache. To clear
the cache in Internet Explorer, click on Tools | Internet Options |
General | Temporary Internet Files: Delete Files. Then try the
Microsoft site again.

Never Mind. It looks like MS fixed (or maybe was changing)
URLS during the night. The English language version of the
web pages are now back.
