office will not print an envelope

I had no problem printing envelopes using office word 2000 and a lexmark
printer untill a few months ago when they started coming out printed red
instead of black. Nothing I did could make the print black then today I am
getting blank envelopes, no printing at all. Nothing helps. I have plenty
of ink and all other docs print ok. Help

Have you gone to the print options in Tools, Envelopes and Labels, Options,
Font and checked the color that is the default color? You might try to
change it to black instead of automatic to see if that solves your problem.
