Office Windows Manipulation

I have several monitors connected to my computer and I have to work with
microsoft visio on a almost daily basis. I use multiple windows inside of the
program and it becomes very confusing and time consuming to navigate through
the various windows inside of visio. What I would like to do is move windows
inside visio out to another monitor. I would like to have a shapesheet window
on my first monitor, the drawing on my second monitor, the shape data window
on my third montior, and the drawing explorer window on my fourth monitor. If
a soltion already exists please advise, for my google kung fu skills have not
helped.

Not an office question but one relating to either your version of win, or
the multi monitor graphics display driver you are using
If you use multi monitor supplied by your graphics card, eg Maxtor, Nvidea,
ATI its perfectly possible do as you wish. I believe Maxtor can drive 16?
monitors

I think you there is some possibility for misunderstanding my question. I
will clarify with a screen recording of exactly what I am trying to
accomplish later to define better my problem/feature request. For those who
understand my question there is just a setting I need to edit in Microsoft
Office Products please let me know. I have pushed the panic F11 button and
not come up with anything.

Your question has nothing to do with Office
If an Office product opens a completely seperate window then you can move
that window to another monitor, if however the Office Product opens a window
within its main window, then no you cannot move it

as a feature request to microsoft then, thank you much.

You've probably already used the display settings control panel to extend your
desktop onto the add'l monitors, I'd guess. If not, you'll want to do that.

As has been mentioned, some apps allow multiple instances of themselves, meaning
that you can have a copy of, for example, Word in each of several windows, and
each window can be dragged to whatever monitor you like.

Other apps allow only one instance ... PowerPoint for example. It sounds as
though Visio's the same. In that case, try this:

If Visio is maximized, doubleclick the title bar to make its window less than
full screen.

Drag the edge of the window to extend Visio across more than one monitor.

Now use its Window, Arrange (or equivalent if it's been infested with ribbons)
to make several document windows within the main window ... then you can move
them around as you please.

It's worth asking in a Visio-specific forum as well. This is an Office forum,
and Visio's not included in any edition of Office; you'll find more Visio
experts in a Visio forum.
