Office won't open

I have just installed Office 2004 after upgrading to OS 10.3. But I
can't use any of the programs. I get a message along the lines of *an
error was encountered* every time I try to open Word - or anything
else. I've re-installed Office several different ways - the whole thing
via the Setup Assistant, a customized installation and just dragging
the folder to my hard drive. Doesn't work no matter what I do!

What else can I try so I can get back to work sometime soon?

Take a look here (hit refresh a few times in Safari, or switch to
Firefox, OmniWeb, Opera, etc):

I'd think the most likely problem is corrupt font(s), but look at the
other possibilities.
