Office Word 2003 Switching Language

I would like to be able to write in both Japanese
characters as well as English. Is there a language
toolbar or icon that will allow me to switch between the
2 types of characters?

I have Windows XP and the 2003 student and teacher office
edition.

To Add Japanese IME:
Windows XP Control Panel-->Locale and Language Options-->Language Tab-->Details

To show Language Bar:
Right click Task Bar-->Toolbars-->Tick Language Bar
