When I close a document I get an error message, Microsoft has encountered a
problem. It asks me to send a report. It also asks if I want my document
recovered. I have checked the box and Word cannot ever find the document.
That's Ok because I always save before I close, and then the document is
fine.

When I do ask it to restore the document and reopen Word I get this message.

Word cannot open the file ~WRS{E1FDF6D5-783F-4417-B105-586BB16FD679}.
If it is stored on your computer, there may be a problem with yor hardware.
If the file is stored on the network, there may be a problem with the
network connection.
If you can copy the file, try saving the file in another location and
opening it there.

This also happens in Power Point. Help. Thanks.

It is poor netiquette to multipost. Yammering the same question
separately, repeatedly, redundantly, and incessantly in multiple
newsgroups is more likely to get you ignored rather than answered.
