Office & Word

I had a problem with Word locking up, so I removed Office
and reinstalled it. I also used the microsoft removal tool
to remove the remaining files and folders. Now when the
computer restarts, It states, " Office must be installed to
run. Please install........". All of the other office
programs work however word will open and repeat the same
error messsage and then close. Need help!!!!!!

Hi Matt,

There are several possible causes of this,
some relate to the version of Windows and how
you're using profiles, another if you had MS Works
installed, for example. If this one doesn't apply
let us know the version of Windows and Office you're
working with.
