Hi,
Could someone explain to me what is the meaning of "office
workgroup feature" in the pop-up message, this message
appears whenever I initiated work, excel programme.

"Please enter your name and initials below. This
information will be used in the office workgroup feature."

I am concerned about security issues, will my document be
used by others?
